Fine Art Editions Gallery and Press is located in the heart of historic Georgetown, Kentucky at 146 East Main Street. We are located just 3 miles north of the Kentucky Horse Park.
Fine Art Editions is a complete publishing and printmaking house, art gallery, and custom frame shop. This is the studio of artist John Stephen Hockensmith. Hockensmith is known around the world as an equine photographer, for his artistic skill as a printmaker, an author and businessman.
Hockensmith Photographics Inc. has historically been a regional commercial and portrait photography studio, our regional photographer uses the same facilities to provide high standard to all photographic assignments large and small. We produce museum quality (matched-color) pigmented prints (commonly known as Giclee’). Our staff and other services provide custom framing for collectors and clients; we also represent several artists’ portfolios. We maintain an art gallery presence for artistic presentations and gallery exhibitions.
Custom Framing
We provide a full line of custom Framing for collectors and artists. We offer a diverse selection of mats and moldings so that you will be able to find the perfect match to your art and the room it is going to hang in. Our knowledgeable staff is able to guide you through the complicated process of deciding which mats and moldings are right for you. We also offer gallery wrapping, shadow boxing, and v-groove matting, with a choice of regular, non-glare or conservation glass. If you have something you would like framed we can make it happen.
Giclee Print Making
We produce museum quality (matched-color) pigmented prints (commonly known as Giclee'). Our staff has the skills to make your reproductions look just like the original. We currently represent several artists' portfolios. We maintain an art gallery for artistic presentations and gallery exhibitions.

Project and Assignments
Project and Assignments is our web location for personal accounts, work for hire and, personal commissions. This web viewing tool requires that you enter a (case-sensitive) password to proceed. Inside Private Accounts the client can access previews of their proofs, projects and, layout or designs. All other access is strictly prohibited without the patron’s permission.
This is a personal viewing tool, designed for customer privacy, consultation and, the convenience of our patrons. Since this web-tool is available on your personal computer, the viewer must remember that color corrections and other image related issues are contingent of the set-up of your viewing computer. In other words, this may work very well on your computer but, is always best to view projects and proofs as original output under controlled lighting in our studio.
