Fine Art Editions produces the commissioned work of artists. We print on one of three substrates—500 gram Somerset watercolor paper, art canvas, or luster paper—at the artist’s personal choice. These watercolors, canvases, or paper editions are beautifully glazed with varnish to create a high luster with deep rich hues and tones. Most artwork can be sized to specification.
Custom prints are created using Epson Stylus Pro 9800 or 7800 wide-body printers. We use Epson or Symphonic archival dyes in our printmaking, thus meeting museum standards. Watercolor prints may be finished with hand-torn deckled edges, while our canvas prints have a precision black-edge gallery wrap. Our luster prints are created with the same pigmented inks on a luminous paper.
The beginning of the giclée process starts with a state-of-the-art scan of your original or licensed art. An “Absolute” color correction on the resulting file makes identical color rendering possible. Some artists may require a less expensive general color correction.
Do call us at 1 (800) 863-2299 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the process of turning your art into giclée prints.
Quality printing on canvas isn’t just for established artists. Imagine your own family images or photographs from a Hockensmith Photographics Professional Photography session transformed into canvas art to decorate your home or business.
Given the proper size, we can print most pictures in highly customizable dimensions on canvas. We then stretch and bar the canvas, so it can be hung on a wall straight away. A protective varnish deepens the colors and ensures that your new photographic art will last for years to come.
We can even print your image as a sectional mural in a Diptych, Triptych, or Quad format, perfect for unique decorating.
Email us (email@example.com) your image or bring it to the gallery, and our trained staff will help you transform it into the perfect gift or keepsake!
